Contribution to the Drivers’ Ed Fund

Mission
We serve over 200 HHS Students, providing healthy snacks, school supplies, clothing, sanitary supplies, one time wish items such as sporting equipment/uniform needs to participate in school sports, assisting with medical, housing and dental needs, as well as assisting with school fees for activities and nutrition accounts.
Use of Donation & Impact
Over the past eight years, we have assisted with paying the fees for Driver’s Education as this expense is sometimes very difficult for our students to afford. This is a stumbling block to independence and oftentimes employment. Without a driver’s license it’s difficult to get to activities and a job. Assisting students with this fee has been an important element in our mission. Having a well-trained driver on the roads with access to employment and independence is life changing for our students and a good thing for our community. Your donation will be used specifically for assisting with Driver’s Education fees.
